Thank you for visiting my self-introduction page! In this article, I will go through who I am and my history and future.
About me
Hello! I'm Billy, and I'm Japanese. In this blog, I'm sharing how to integrate AI tools into everyday tools like Notion and Excel. My hobbies are generative AIs, programming, traveling, reading books, and learning English. I've been using AI tools for over 2 years.

Why I started this blog
Because I believe that AI will show their hidden potentials by being integrated into existing tools. That's an easy way to unlock their capabilities. Just AI-generated text won't be meaningful for businesses and requires much human involvement, but we need something ready to use and meaningful, so I decided to solve this problem with text formatted by the predefined syntax, code. Code not only provides quick formatting but also accuracy; thus, in most of my articles, this is a main connector that integrates between an AI and an everyday tool. For example, ChatGPT can generate Google Apps Script code to create interactive quizzes in Google Forms from a study material PDF.
History until I started this blog
January, 2023—The first time I used generative AI
In January 2023, ChatGPT reached 100 million users just 2 months after launching in November 2022. In Japan, this news was also widely reported by major broadcasting companies. I barely remember that day I watched a YouTube video in which one of those companies reported about this. The day, I signed in to ChatGPT's official website. At the earlier stage, my use of ChatGPT is limited to learning English: making comparisons of English words by meaning, correcting grammar in my English sentences, etc., which I believe significantly improves my writing and reading skills in English.
April, 2023—I encountered programming
In mid-April, I started learning programming using a online programming introduction course with the aim of becoming a full-stack software engineer. In this course, I learned from the basics of programming to web development using Javascript, CSS, and HTML. Since it was the first time I seriously learned about programming, it took almost 2 months to finish. However, this experience and programmatic thinking I cultivated through learning laid solid foundations for my later AI workflow building skill and this blog administration.
At the time, I also started using ChatGPT for coding. At the moment, it was frequent that ChatGPT-proposed solutions to errors won't work, although I asked with actual code. I think that this was probably because of my poor prompt engineering skill. Instead, I mostly relied on StackOverflow's questions and the answers. That's why my programming skill is still limited to the basics, even though I was learning for the future job.
Programmatic Thinking: A thinking method that solves one problem by combining multiple solutions rather than using just one solution.
Late May, 2025—I opened this personal blog and started posting on X
In late May, I opened this personal blog and started posting AI-related content on X. As of this, I began using more AI tools in my work than ever before. This has been accelerating my understanding of AI tools, improving my prompt engineering skill, familiarity with AI tools, and key metric understanding.
Future of my blog
As I'm currently focusing on posting content on X and still building the essential parts of my website, I occasionally post new articles, but soon, I will start posting new articles on how to integrate various AI tools into the tools that you may frequently use at your work in earnest.
Final word
Thank you for reading until the last section of my self-introduction page! In this article, I covered who I am and my history and future. Thank you for your continued support.
